Instructions
  1. Cook rice in rice cooker with 1.5 cups water

  2. In a pot, bring water to boil with tamarind soup base

  3. Add sliced onions and tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes

  4. Add bangus steaks and cook for 8 minutes

  5. Add radish and okra, cook 5 minutes

  6. Season with fish sauce to taste

  7. Add kangkong leaves last, cook 2 minutes

  8. Serve hot sinigang with steamed rice
