Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  6. Add cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder, cook 1 minute

  7. Add drained black beans and heat through

  9. Serve beef and bean mixture over brown rice

  10. Top with roasted vegetables and yogurt sauce
