Cook brown rice according to package instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C
Mix chopped dill, parsley, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt and pepper
Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper
Press herb mixture onto top of salmon fillet
Heat olive oil in oven-safe pan, sear salmon herb-side up for 3 minutes
Transfer pan to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes
Trim asparagus and roast with a drizzle of olive oil for 12-15 minutes
Serve salmon with brown rice and roasted asparagus
