Champorado with Tuyo Flakes is a breakfast recipe ready in about 40 minutes. Each serving has approximately 457 kcal, 28g protein, 49g carbs, 14g fat.
Rinse glutinous rice and soak for 30 minutes
In a pot, bring water to boil and add soaked rice
Cook rice for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Mix cocoa powder with a little water to make paste
Add cocoa paste and coconut milk to rice
Simmer for 10 minutes until creamy, add sugar
Meanwhile, flake the tuyo and lightly toast in coconut oil
Serve champorado hot topped with crispy tuyo flakes
