Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat

  5. Cut bell peppers and zucchini into chunks

  6. Toss vegetables with 5ml olive oil, salt, and pepper

  7. Roast vegetables in oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until tender

  8. Bring vegetable broth to boil

  9. Add couscous, remove from heat, cover for 5 minutes

  10. Fluff couscous with fork

  11. Arrange lamb chops, couscous, and vegetables on plate

  12. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving
