Instructions
  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions, keep warm

  2. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces

  3. Marinate beef strips with half the soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat

  5. Stir-fry beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, remove and set aside

  6. Add more oil if needed, stir-fry onions and garlic for 1 minute

  7. Add carrots and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes

  8. Add mushrooms and snap peas, cook for 2-3 minutes

  9. Return beef to pan, add remaining soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil

  10. Stir-fry everything together for 2 minutes until heated through

  11. Serve immediately over brown rice
