Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C

  4. Fold the parchment to create a packet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork

  5. Meanwhile, steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp

  6. Arrange the cooked brown rice on a plate, place the baked cod on top

  7. Add the steamed green beans to the side

  8. Drizzle the olive oil over the green beans and serve
