Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water. Add to a pot with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.

  5. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
