Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat

  2. Add tofu cubes and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden, remove and set aside

  3. Add remaining oil to the wok, then add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink, remove and set aside

  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant

  5. Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and mushrooms, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp

  6. Return tofu and shrimp to the wok

  7. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar, toss well for 2 minutes

  8. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with green onions

  9. Serve hot
