Instructions
  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions

  2. Cube sweet potato and toss with olive oil, roast at 200°C for 25 minutes

  5. Season salmon with salt and pepper, grill for 4-5 minutes each side

  8. Assemble bowl with rice, salmon, sweet potato, and broccoli
