Gluten-free here is enforced at the ingredient list, not the recipe title. Wheat, barley, rye, malt, and standard soy sauce are filtered out; cross-contamination-prone ingredients (oats not labeled gluten-free, mixed seasoning blends without certification) are flagged or substituted. Per-serving macros come from USDA-style reference values applied to ingredient grams, so the calories, protein, carbs, and fat reflect the actual recipe — not an estimate.
