Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)

  2. Wash and cube sweet potato into 2cm pieces

  3. Toss sweet potato cubes with 3ml olive oil, salt, and pepper

  4. Place sweet potato on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes

  5. Season salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  6. Mix dill and parsley, press onto salmon fillet

  7. Heat remaining olive oil in an oven-safe pan

  8. Sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes

  9. Flip salmon and transfer pan to oven for 8-10 minutes

  10. Steam broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp

  11. Squeeze lemon juice over cooked salmon

  12. Serve salmon with roasted sweet potato and steamed broccoli
