Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  2. Pierce sweet potato with a fork and bake for 20 minutes until tender

  3. Place cod fillet on parchment paper on a baking sheet

  4. Drizzle with 4ml olive oil and minced garlic

  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with fresh dill, salt and pepper

  6. Bake cod for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork

  7. While fish bakes, steam broccoli florets for 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp

  8. Toss steamed broccoli with remaining 4ml olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper

  9. Serve baked cod with steamed broccoli and baked sweet potato
