Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  2. Rinse brown rice and add to a saucepan with water

  5. Steam asparagus for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp

  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  8. Season with garlic powder, fresh dill, and lemon slices

  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork

  10. Serve tilapia with brown rice and steamed asparagus
