Instructions
  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions

  2. Cut beef into thin strips and toss with cornstarch

  3. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces

  4. Mince garlic and ginger

  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl

  6. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over high heat

  7. Stir-fry beef strips for 2-3 minutes until browned, remove and set aside

  8. Add more oil if needed, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds

  9. Add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for 2 minutes

  10. Add bell pepper and snap peas, stir-fry for another 2 minutes

  11. Return beef to the pan, add sauce mixture

  12. Stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes until heated through

  13. Garnish with sliced green onions

  14. Serve immediately over jasmine rice
