Instructions
  1. Cook brown rice according to package directions (about 45 minutes)

  2. Marinate beef strips with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes

  3. Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat

  4. Stir-fry beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, remove and set aside

  5. Add sesame oil to the same pan

  6. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds

  7. Add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for 2 minutes

  8. Add bell peppers and snap peas, stir-fry for 2 minutes

  9. Return beef to pan, add remaining soy sauce

  10. Stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes

  11. Serve over brown rice and garnish with green onions
