  8. Sear chicken breast for 3-4 minutes per side until golden

  9. Top with herbs and minced garlic, transfer pan to oven

  10. Roast chicken for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C

  11. Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp

  12. Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then slice

  13. Toss steamed broccoli with butter and lemon juice

  14. Serve chicken with roasted potatoes and broccoli, garnish with lemon wedges
