Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Cut sweet potato into wedges and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Spread sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes

  4. Trim asparagus and toss with 0.5 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper

  5. Place salmon on parchment paper, season with minced garlic, dill, salt and pepper

  6. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon

  7. After 15 minutes of sweet potato roasting, add salmon and asparagus to the oven

  8. Bake salmon and asparagus for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through

  9. Serve salmon with roasted sweet potato wedges and asparagus
