Mince garlic and onion finely
In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, fresh mint, salt, and pepper
Form into 12-14 meatballs of equal size
Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through
While meatballs bake, cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside
In a saucepan, heat olive oil and add tomato paste, stirring for 1 minute
Add crushed tomatoes and oregano, simmer for 5 minutes
Add cooked meatballs to tomato sauce, simmer for 5 more minutes
Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta
