Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, diced onion, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

  3. Form mixture into 12 meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through

  5. While meatballs bake, steam broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp

  6. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat

  7. Add cooked meatballs to marinara sauce and simmer for 2 minutes

  8. Warm zucchini noodles in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes

  9. Plate zucchini noodles, top with meatballs and marinara sauce, add steamed broccoli on the side

  10. Garnish with parmesan cheese
