Instructions
  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions

  2. Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, and rice vinegar for teriyaki sauce

  3. Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat

  5. Season salmon with salt and pepper, sear for 4-5 minutes per side

  6. Remove salmon and brush with teriyaki sauce, set aside

  7. In the same pan, add sesame oil and minced ginger and garlic

  8. Stir-fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender

  9. Add remaining teriyaki sauce to vegetables

  10. Return salmon to pan and glaze with sauce

  11. Serve salmon over brown rice with vegetables

  12. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds
