Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)

  2. Cut sweet potato into wedges, toss with 6ml olive oil, salt, and pepper

  3. Spread sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes

  4. Trim asparagus and toss with 3ml olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper

  5. Add asparagus to the baking sheet with sweet potatoes and roast for 10 more minutes

  6. Pat salmon fillet dry and season with salt and pepper

  7. Heat 3ml olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

  8. Sear salmon skin-side up for 4-5 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through

  9. Serve salmon with roasted vegetables, garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedge
