Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes until tender, drain and mash roughly

  2. Shred cabbage and blanch for 3 minutes, drain well

  3. Dice onion and sauté in butter until golden

  4. Mix mashed potatoes, cabbage, and onion, season well

  5. Form into patties and fry in oil until golden and crispy

  6. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice

  7. Pan-sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, flip and cook 3 minutes more

  8. Steam peas until tender

  9. Serve salmon on bubble and squeak with peas and fresh dill
