Instructions

  2. Slice beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain

  4. Cut bell pepper and broccoli into bite-sized pieces

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat

  6. Add beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside

  7. Add garlic and ginger to the wok, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant

  8. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes

  9. Add snap peas and cook for 2 more minutes
