Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  4. Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels

  5. Mix olive oil with herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper to create a paste

  6. Rub herb mixture over pork tenderloin

  7. Place pork on a roasting pan and roast in oven for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C)

  8. Cut broccoli into florets and steam for 6-7 minutes until tender-crisp

  9. Juice the lemon and drizzle over steamed broccoli

  10. Let pork rest for 5 minutes, then slice

  11. Fluff rice with a fork and plate with pork and broccoli
