Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper

  5. Cook whole wheat pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside

  6. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat

  7. Steam fresh spinach in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes until wilted

  8. Toss pasta with marinara sauce and add baked meatballs

  9. Serve pasta and meatballs with steamed spinach on the side
