Instructions

  5. After 20 minutes, add asparagus to the baking sheet

  6. Season cod with salt, pepper, and minced garlic

  7. Place cod on a separate baking sheet, drizzle with 2ml olive oil

  8. Squeeze lemon juice over cod and top with fresh thyme

  9. Place both sheets in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until cod is opaque

  10. Serve together on a plate
