Instructions
  1. Rinse glutinous rice and soak for 30 minutes

  2. In a pot, bring water to boil and add soaked rice

  3. Cook rice for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. Mix cocoa powder with a little water to make paste

  5. Add cocoa paste and coconut milk to rice

  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until creamy, add sugar

  7. Meanwhile, flake the tuyo and lightly toast in coconut oil

  8. Serve champorado hot topped with crispy tuyo flakes
